The statewide Massachusetts Direct Support Professionals Conference was started in 2010 by a small crew of colleagues who saw the need for a conference in our Commonwealth that honors and uplifts the important work of Direct Support Professionals.
The conference takes place every other year, in-person, for two days of impactful learning, connection, and recognition.
The DSP Conference continues to be independent; members of our advisory committee each hold diverse roles in a variety of state and private provider agencies.
Our conference is respected by the Department of Developmental Services and includes content that aims to strengthen and retain our workforce.
The Arc of Massachusetts is our registrar for the 2026 conference, and we are grateful they are donating time to support the administrative needs of the conference.
Registration and Cost Information
$250 per participant, which includes:
Two days of meaningful learning and connection
Breakfast and lunch both days (Monday night dinner is not included)
Curated evening networking opportunities.
Please note that there is no option for hybrid or remote attendance. All participants should be present for both days in full.
Participants are strongly encouraged to stay overnight at the Sea Crest Resort in Falmouth, MA, to get the full experience.
Discounted, double-occupancy rooms are available at the resort for $159/night.
